Golf Tips For Beginners

It is important to note that when first starting to play golf you do not need to go out and buy the most expensive set of golf clubs you can because they think they will help to make you a better player. Certainly they can help your game but there are other things that as a beginner you will also need to take into consideration. Below we provide a number of different golf tips for beginners to consider using.

Certainly the quickest and most effective way you can learn to play the game of golf when first starting out is to study other players as well as spending as much time as possible practicing. Using practice will help you to not only develop your skills but also your playing techniques further and this will then provide you with the experience you need to judge each shot you are taking more effectively.

The first thing that any beginner needs to learn about is the way in which their body moves when they are playing the game of golf. Certainly ensuring that your body moves in the correct way is vital especially when it comes to developing a good golf swing. There are plenty of sites on the internet which offer golf tips for beginners, hints and advice to get your golf swing correct.

Another thing that you should be looking at when first starting to play golf is the way in which you stand. You need to be well balanced every time you are about to take a shot you need to feel like your weight is balanced evenly through out your body. Certainly you should be looking to have your weight 50/50 spread evenly over your feet from heel to toe and also from side to side. Once you have your weight evenly distributed through to your feet you will find that the rest of your body will naturally bring itself into alignment.

Another golf swing tip for beginner golfers is to learn about the way in which the head moves. Although you may find yourself thinking about the way your head moves initially when you first start playing the game of golf after a while you find that it becomes second nature and your head will simply react as you start to get yourself into position and as you start to move through the swing in order to drive the golf ball forward. However if you spend time thinking about moving your head a little bit this way or that you may find that you end up causing yourself a whole lot of other problems in relation to the way that you swing your golf club and will cause your accuracy and speed to be greatly reduced.

Sonic the Hedgehog, Long Live The Legend

Sonic the hedgehog truely is a legendary video game icon. He smashed his way onto the gaming scene back in 1991 when SEGA first brought you the super fast, blue blur character.

Known for his rebellious attitude and signature speed, Sonic has made a name for himself in the gaming world and has no plans of fading away anytime soon.

Not only can you find Sonic games on the original SEGA console, you can find Sonic games on next generation consoles including the Wii, ps3, PSP and Xbox 360.

Sonic and the secret Rings was released for the Wii console on February 20, 2007. Sonic brought his trademark speed and rebellious attitude to the Wii in his first solo adventure since he was first introduced, back in 1991. The gameplay is simple, but challenging and sonic soars through the game at top speeds!

Sonic the hedgehog is the title for the Xbox 360 and ps3 consoles. This video game was created in order to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Sonic the hedgehog franchise. It was released November 14, 2006 for the xbox 360 and January 30, 2007 for the xbox 360.

Sonic Rivals was released November 24, 2006 for the PSP handheld console. Custom built for the Playstation portable, Sonic Rivals is a unique head-to-head racing experience!

While these newer games are all the rage, you can also find great sonic games on other consoles as well, including the ps2, gamecube, xbox, Gameboy Advance and nintendo DS. The SEGA mascot brings fun and excitement to all the video games and drags some friends along for the fun. Some friends included are Miles Tails Prower, Amy Rose hedgehog, Shadow the hedgehog, Knuckles Echidna and Cream the Rabbit. And, of course, Sonic's arch enemy, Dr. Eggman, shoves his way into games as well.

Oh, but wait! The fun does'nt stop there. Die hard Sonic the hedgehog fans have created fun and exciting Sonic flash Games for gamers to play online. They are browser based games that are creative, fun and addicting. Yes, you may find yourself playing these games for hours on end! One of my favorite Sonic online Games is ultimate flash Sonic. It's an amazing remake of the classic SEGA Genesis game, Sonic the hedgehog.

My Favorite Two Attractions At Disney Theme Parks

My two favorite rides at disney theme parks are "It's a Small world after All" and "Big Thunder Mountain Railroad". Both are popular attractions at Disneyland, Disney world, and the disney parks in Paris and Tokyo.

"It's a Small world after All" made its debut at the 1964 New York World's Fair in the UNICEF pavilion and was designed as a message of international harmony by Walt Disney's team. It was transported to Disneyland in 1966, and located inside Fantasyland; it instantly became a highlight of the park.

In this ride, passengers get into boats outside the attraction and they are carried inside and moved along by a gentle current. They go through a series of rooms, each of which has dolls from different countries and cultures singing and moving to the catchy song. There is the Taj Mahal, Big Ben, and the Eifel Tower, among other global landmarks. I like trying to spot all the different countries and landmarks.

There are about 300 Audio-Animatronics figures from 100 different nations. They are simple and childlike with their repetitive movements and limited articulation. At the end of the ride, there are dolls from all the different nations singing "It's a Small world after All" together. To me, it is very appealing ending.

That song is the infectious kind that I can't get out of my mind. It was written by Richard M. and Robert B. Sherman, who also wrote the songs for Mary Poppins. It is continually played in a soundtrack loop, about 4,800 times an operating day in disney parks around the world. Just about all of us can't help singing along.

It's a world of laughter, a world of tears,

It's a world of hopes and a world of fears;

There's so much that we share,

That it's time we're aware

It's a small world after all.

It's a small world after all,

It's a small world after all,

It's a small world after all,

It's a small, small world.

There is just one moon, and one golden sun,

And a smile means friendship to ev'ryone;

Though the mountains divide,

And the oceans are wide,

It's a small world after all.

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, in Frontierland, is a relatively gentle roller-coaster geared towards adults and teens; it is more exciting to ride in the back of the train than the front. It was modeled after a runaway mining train in the Wild West, and opened in Disneyland in 1979 and in Disney world a year later. The track and queue design are different at each park, even though the theme is the same. There was a prolonged development phase for "Big Thunder Mountain Railroad" in which they considered several "histories" for the mountain. Themes of gold fever and revengeful native American spirits were finally chosen for the ride.

In disney world, the ride is about 3.5 minutes of hairpin turns and dark descents, and there are six trains which are nicknamed I.B. Hearty, I.M Brave, I.M. Fearless, U.B. Bold, U.R, Daring, and U.R. Courageous. I prefer this roller coaster to other ones because it is just exciting enough for me. You feel like you are falling, and go around corners quickly enough to be tossed from side to side.

There are 20 audio-animatronic figures including donkeys, chickens, possums, and the rainmaker in a now flooded mining town: Professor Cumulus Isobar. There is also antique mining equipment, falling rocks, an earthquake, and the smell of sulfur as you pass phosphorescent pools. In disney world, you careen through a dinosaur's ribs, under a waterfall, past spewing geysers, and over a volcanic pool.

The lines are long but move fairly quickly. It is best to go during parades, or use a FASTPASS, or go late in the day (many people say it's even better after dark). plan for at least 30 minutes of queuing at non-peak times, and an hour at peak times.

It is easy to see why "It's a Small world After All" and "Big Thunder Mountain Railroad" are so popular. They both have appealing themes and lots of attention to detail. They are very different from each other but both are great examples of why disney theme parks are so much fun. I never get tired of them

Tracy Crowe has been to both Disneyland and Disney world, and loved both of them.
